Introduction to Management

Building good working relationships is one of the key requirements of a manager. Unlocking the goodwill and motivation of your team could be the key to your success, especially if you are facing a number of new tasks and greater responsibility. Judith has a Certificate in Professional Coaching and has a MA (Hons) in Management Studies & Psychology

If your business is located in the West of Scotland you may be eligible for a grant of up to 50% of the cost of participating in these courses. There are a number of places available which are reserved for businesses with less than 250 employees and companies must meet certain eligibility criteria.
