About this workshop

This workshop will involve you in a mixture of interactive exercises and discussion. There will be opportunities to practise your new skills through role playing exercises in a supportive atmosphere.

The maximum number of people on a training course is 12 so that the trainer can accommodate the learning needs of each delegate

About the Facilitator
Jill is an expert facilitator and trainer, and has worked with a wide range of organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Jill believes that learning should be relevant, practical and fun, and this is reflected in her approach to the design and delivery of training. She is a supportive and motivational facilitator with excellent interpersonal skills who takes time to understand the needs of individuals. Jill delivers her sessions in a calm, positive style with the highest standard of professionalism.
Jill’s work includes the delivery of communication & presentation skills training programmes and she also specialises in training trainers and assessors. She has recently worked as part of our consultancy & delivery team helping to develop the skills of business advisors in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
Support available
If your business is located in the West of Scotland you may be eligible for a grant of up to 50% of the cost of participating in these courses. There are a number of places available which are reserved for businesses with less than 250 employees and companies must meet certain eligibility criteria.
