Because change is a fact of business life whatever your industry or sector, every manager needs to be effective at leading people through it. If you want to lead your team through change successfully it is important to have an insight into the psychology of change and learn how you can use this to help you succeed.

The workshop will:

• Show you how people can react during change
• Help you to lead change in a constructive way
• Enable you to anticipate people issues and overcome them successfully
• Help you identify what you will do differently when leading change

• Our trainers are experts in their topic and deliver courses in a practical, interactive style

Derek has over 25 years of experience as a manager and is passionate about helping others be better managers. Derek has worked across Europe in a range of different industries and draws on his wide experience to deliver practical training firmly set in the real world. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

If your business is located in the West of Scotland you may be eligible for a grant of up to 50% of the cost of participating in these courses. There are a number of places available which are reserved for businesses with less than 250 employees and companies must meet certain eligibility criteria.
