Kirsty brings passion, enthusiasm and humour to her workshops. She is passionate about helping people grow and develop. Her sessions are fun, lively, interactive, practical and relevant to the real world of work and business. She is a qualified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming which is the use of practical psychology to improve how we perform.  Kirsty works with businesses in many different areas and provides coaching training and facilitation. Kirstys’ background is in biochemistry and retail and she has a BSc (Hons) in Medical Biochemistry and has a decade of retail management and sales account management experience with companies such as Mars, Mattel and Marks & Spencer.
