Creating PowerPoint Business Presentation 2003
If you are involved in presenting, or supporting somebody else who presents, you need to know how to gain and hold the interest of any audience. Our trainer will help you master the basic skills to make your presentations professional and polished. This will encourage you to feel comfortable with the technology so that you rule it, rather than the other way round.
Finally, you will have a chance to practice what you have learned by delivering a short presentation and receiving impartial feedback in a supportive atmosphere.
On this course you will learn how to:
- Set up and use the laptop and LCD projector with confidence
- Open, save, close and print a presentation
- Work with slides - adding, deleting, moving and copying slides, experimenting with slide layouts, editing and formatting text
- Integrate company branding, Clip-Art features, different backgrounds, colours, fonts and bullet points
- View the presentation in different ways e.g. using slide view, outline view, slide sort view
- Create a slideshow
- Create a 3-slide presentation and deliver a 5 minute presentation
- Cope if the hardware fails!
