Conflict is uncomfortable for everyone and the ability to resolve conflict quickly and effectively is an important skill for any manager. • Teach you to use several techniques to resolve conflict once it has happened
• Enable you to return to work with improved confidence to deal with conflict

Derek has over 25 years of experience as a manager and is passionate about helping others be better managers. Derek has worked across Europe in a range of different industries and draws on his wide experience to deliver practical training firmly set in the real world. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
