Business MapThe Business Map represents a deep and far reaching change in methods of business thinking and behaviour. And it doesn't matter whether you're behind a small cafe, a large £25m+ construction company, or a business that's somewhere inbetween. Developing Your Entrepreneurial Mindset For Challenging TimesSometimes the biggest obstacle holding back your business is you! However, top performing entrepreneurs come in all shapes and sizes. And great entrepreneurs are made, not born. So what is it that the most successful entrepreneurs consistently do differently than others to achieve their outstanding results? In this module, you'll experience some insightful and fun ways of teasing out your own strengths, weaknesses, and other interesting traits, for the purposes of comparison. Through discovering the essential steps you need to take to develop yourself for the benefit of your business, you can enjoy success unimagined by those who stubbornly ignore their own reality. Winning More Business – The Smart WayIn this module we remove the mystique from marketing and show you how to find some immediate and easy wins for your business (hint: it's all about picking the low hanging fruit first!). Do you have a deep understanding of your market and how to get the most business from your prospects? In this module, you'll discover an amazing way to segment your customers so you can market most persuasively. You'll learn a step-by-step method for calculating Key Customer Values, so you can make sure those customers you've already got keep coming back, giving you even more business. Finally, we'll share the simplest way to ensure you have the right Marketing Mix in place, and help you to determine which marketing medium(s) will maximise your return on investment. Keeping Your Business on TrackIn today's tough economic times it's more important than ever to closely monitor business performance. But how do you know if your current Key Performance Indicators are the appropriate ones? The key is to identify indicators that can tell you the health of your business at all times and enable you to focus on resolving challenges before they become terminal. In this module, we'll demonstrate the importance of measuring business performance, identify the key success factors for your business, and make sure you know how to use these indicators for maximum impact. Getting the Best From Your PeopleYour people are the greatest asset you have in your business, and probably your biggest financial outlay, too. How do you get the best from them? Do your people know what is expected of them and are they motivated to contribute towards your success? Great entrepreneurs build great teams and empower them to succeed. In this module, you will learn some practical techniques to focus, motivate, and empower your people. You'll see how to develop, structure and lead the right team, to help take your business to the next level. Improving Your Grasp of The NumbersYour grasp of the numbers in your business is essential and never more so than when times are tough. Do you know how to accurately determine which parts of your business are making money – and how much? In this crucial module, you will learn how to improve your interpretation of accounts and manage your finances more effectively. You will improve your ability to challenge, question and understand the financial information in your business (it's a lot easier once you know what your numbers are really saying). Develop Your Strategy for SuccessCan you describe what you want for your business in one simple sentence? What are your business aims and objectives? How do you involve your team in strategic planning? Well, when the business environment changes, it's essential to re-evaluate your strategy in order to ensure your continued business success.
