IOSH accredited Working Safely for Middle Management

This accredited course in Health and Safety provides managers with the knowledge of what they need to do to comply with current Health and Safety legislation. The course also offers delegates the opportunity to understand and write their own COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and Risk Assessments for their workplace.
The course has recently been updated to include pollution of the environment and the recognition of bullying and work related stress.
On successful completion of assessments at the end of the course, delegates will gain a recognised certificate from the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (IOSH).

• The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998

If your business is located in the West of Scotland you may be eligible for a grant of up to 50% of the cost of participating in these courses. There are a number of places available which are reserved for businesses with less than 250 employees and companies must meet certain eligibility criteria.
